Bakery

The bakery class is a year long experience for students ages 18 to 26 at our Skills Center. Students bake cookies, strudels, and cheesecakes that are sold to the surrounding school and local community. Students also learn customer service experience through supporting our walk up window located on 18th street where cookies are available for purchase daily.
