- University of Michigan, Master in Social Work
Ms. Bak received her Bachelor degree in Psychology from Michigan State University in 2005 and then received her Master of Social Work from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor in 2010. She has always had a love for the helping profession, especially when it comes to children and supporting their social-emotional needs. Ms. Bak began working for Wyandotte Public Schools in 2010 as a School Social Worker for Madison Center and Jo Brighton Skills Center. She spent time working at Jefferson Elementary School before she transitioned to Wilson Middle School. In her free time, she enjoys refinishing antique furniture and spending time with her family, friends and two golden retrievers, Grace and Penny!

Mrs. Ballard has extensive clinical and substance abuse treatment, quality assurance as well as school social work experience within Wyandotte Public Schools. Mrs. Ballard has worked at The Information Center. Oakwood Hospital Detox Unit and Apex Behavioral Health. She has worked with preschool through junior high students in Wyandotte since 1998. Mrs. Ballard has been married for 19 years and has 2 teenage daughters. She loves running, reading, and family time. Mrs. Ballard services Washington Elementary, Wilson Middle School, and the Early Childhood programs.

Mrs. Mohlman worked as a children's therapist at the Guidance Center and in Galesburg-Augusta schools prior to beginning her employment in Wyandotte Public Schools in 1996. Mrs. Molhman has worked with children ages birth through teens and has experience with linking families with needed resources, helping students with various issues that include anxiety, depression, and anger management. Melissa has been married for 18 years and has 2 active pre-teen boys. Melissa enjoys running, reading, and family time.

Mrs. Sutka has experience as a children's therapist at The Guidance Center and New Center Community Mental Health. She has been employed since 1994 as a school social worker beginning her career in Detroit Public Schools and has been in Wyandotte since 1996. Mrs. Sutka has worked with students from birth through highs school. She has been a parent and family facilitator and has extensive experience assisting students with anxiety, peer relationships, and social skills training. Mrs. Sutka has been married for 20 years, has 2 teenage daughters, 1 crazy dog and enjoys reading and travel. Mrs. Sutka services Washington Elementary and Roosevelt High School.

Zachary Stoner

Mr. Stoner was attending Eastern Michigan University, through his experiences there is when he realized he really wanted to work with students. Prior to working in the schools, Mr. Stoner worked within a downriver agency helping to support at-risk youth and their families. He also worked as a member of AmeriCorps of Michigan where he has volunteered countless hours to help support families and non-profits in and around Southeast Michigan. Mr. Stoner married his wife Sara in June of 2014. They have 3 children, identical twin daughters, Nora and Zella, and a son Bryce. In his free time Mr. Stoner enjoys spending time with his family, going on vacation, and watching/playing different sports. A fun fact about Mr. Stoner is that his favorite food is pepperoni and mushroom pizza.

Ms. Hausler has a history of providing services to children and adults with disabilities. During her service years her focus has been birth to five population. Ms. Hausler has worked with Early On program, Community Mental Health, and Head Start prior to her servicing Wyandotte. In her free time Ms. Hausler enjoys playing volleyball. Ms. Hausler services Wyandotte's Early Childhood Program.

Social work has been embedded in every aspect of her life. Kay began her career in education 20 years ago and loves to help students and families. She loves to stay busy and works outside of the schools as a therapist, and emergency room social worker. Kay has 3 beautiful daughters. She loves to stay active and enjoys tennis, pickleball, biking, and kayaking.

Leslie Victor

Prior to starting her employment with Wyandotte Public Schools in 2015, Mrs. Victor had a variety of experiences working as a Licensed Social Worker. She has worked as a Case Manager at The Guidance Center in the Developmental Disabilities Program, had extensive experience working as a Psychiatric Social Worker for Henry Ford Health System and in the Emergency Department as St. Mary Mercy Hospital, and worked as a School Social Worker in Detroit. She is a Certified Clinical Trauma Practitioner. Mrs. Victor is currently the School Social Worker at Josephine Brighton Skills Center. Mrs. Victor has been married for 13 years and has a 5 year old son and 2 year old daughter. She enjoys spending free time with her family and friends.
