Personnel Complaint Process

Any employee who believes that s/he has been the victim of illegal discrimination or harassment may seek resolution of his/her complaint through either the informal or formal Complaint Procedure. The Board of Education has designated the individual named below to serve as the School District's Title IX Coordinator for matters involving alleged discrimination on the basis of sex. He or she also serves as Compliance Officer with respect to all employee claims of harassment.

Student Complaint Process

The Board of Education has adopted a Discrimination and Harassment policy which prohibits illegal harassment and other forms of illegal discrimination within the School District. The Board of Education’s policy prohibits illegal harassment and discrimination by, among others, Board members, school district employees, and students. A student or employee who believes that s/he has been the victim of illegal discrimination or harassment may seek resolution of his/her complaint through the applicable Complaint Procedure.
