Employee Assistance Program Information
Wyandotte Public Schools, in conjunction with National Insurance Services, offers our eligible employees an Employee Assistance Program (EAP). This FREE program is available only for employees with Life or Disability Insurance provided by Wyandotte Public Schools.
What is an Employee Assistance Program? An Employee Assistance Program is a voluntary, work-based program that offers free and confidential assessments, short-term counseling, referrals, and follow-up services to employees who have personal and/or work-related problems.
What types of services does our EAP provide? Under our EAP, employees can receive no-cost, confidential help for a wide variety of needs and concerns affecting mental and emotional well-being, such as alcohol and other substance abuse, stress, grief, family problems, eating disorders, financial and legal concerns, problem gambling, childcare and eldercare, and psychological disorders.
