ac-kid-emic spotlight - The News Herald - November 14, 2007

Emily Juday, 10, of Woodhaven is the ac-kid-emic spotlight pupil of the week.
She was nominated by Tiffany Tittle, her fifth grade teacher at McKinley Elementary School of Wyandotte.
Emily is the daughter of Michael and Debra Juday, and the sister of Megan and Sarah. The family has a dog named Bandit, and hamster named Romeo and pet bunnies.
Emily really enjoys working with numbers. "Math is my most favorite, because it is the most fun subject," she said.
She plays the clarinet, sings with the Wyandotte Academy Youth Choir and swims for the Wyandotte Wildcats.
Someday she'd like to be an author or a veterinarian, she said.
As the student of the week, Emily will receive a four-pack of movie passes to any MJR Theatre or Southgate Cinema 20 and a free class session at the Downriver Family YMCA.
