Why nominated: David is a talented student, his teachers say. He works well with everyone in class, teachers and classmates alike. He earns high marks in all of his subject areas and treats everyone with respect. David is an excellent reader and writer, especially for his age. He is always looking to get ahead in class and never misses an assignment. He always has a smile on his face and is willing to go the extra mile.
He says: "School is a lot of fun. I like seeing my friends and all of the teachers are really nice. It's fun going to Jefferson."
